Anne-Marie Ailara brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking to her role as Co-Founder and Director of Property Table. Her impressive career has spanned global financial institutions such as Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, Northern Rock, and Credit Suisse, where she held supervisory and managerial roles in cash management, reconciliations, and transitions. This financial expertise gives her a sharp understanding of cash flow and strategic financial planning, which she now channels into property investment.
Her journey into property began in 2000, almost by chance, when a spontaneous trip to view a friend’s potential home led to her first property purchase. Since then, she’s seen firsthand the power of property to create long-term wealth—and she’s never looked back.
Anne-Marie’s financial acumen, combined with her real-world investing experience, makes her an invaluable asset to Property Table’s mission: helping investors access high-yield property opportunities and supporting homeowners through quick, seamless sales. She’s passionate about creating value, solving problems, and making property investment accessible and profitable for others.

Nigel Richards is the Co-Founder and Director of Sales at Property Table, bringing over 15 years of high-level sales and business development experience to the company. His background includes a long tenure at Quantel, a pioneering firm in the film and television technology space, where he served as Regional Sales Manager and later Sales Manager for Northern Europe.
At Quantel, Nigel was responsible for selling cutting-edge products—often priced in the millions—across a highly competitive international market. His success in this space came down to one core principle he carries into Property Table: relationship-based selling. For Nigel, sales are not just about numbers—they're about understanding each client’s unique goals and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs, on their terms.
This client-focused approach is central to his leadership at Property Table.
